Our online shop is open 24 hours a day to accept your order. Please note your order will only be dispatched during the shop's normal operating hours, details of which can be found on our homepage.
We will endeavour to schedule your delivery for the date you specify, but it cannot be guaranteed if ordered the same day after 2.00pm to Canary Wharf central business district, or after midday for all other London postcode areas.

Our London delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis. We use the delivery postcode to calculate the charge so please ensure you enter it correctly on the order page.
Deliveries to London postcode addresses are via our same day delivery service.
We are pleased to be able to offer a Sunday delivery service to London E14 post codes only between the times of 9.00am & 2.00pm. Please Note: orders must be place by 6.00pm on the Saturday.

Product Availability & Substitution
All products are subject to seasonal availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers received from our growers, do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product required or part of product, with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
Many of our products are available in a range of sizes to suit individual budgets. The images shown for each product item is representative of the luxury size. The luxury size will have a greater number of flowers, and likewise the classic size will have fewer flowers in proportion to the pricing of the product.
Return & Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 24 hours of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 24 hours of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are in GB Pounds and inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
