Opening Hours

Our online shop is open 24 hours a day to accept your order. Please note your order will only be dispatched during our shop's normal operating hours:

7.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday
Closed Sunday

Delivery Information

Our delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis. We use the delivery postcode to determine the charge so please ensure you enter it correctly on the order page.

  • London postcode E14 (inc. Canary Wharf business district, Docklands, Isle of Dogs, Millwall & Poplar) - No charge
  • All central London postcodes (inc. W1, W2, W8, W10, W11, NW1, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, E1, SW1, SW3, SW7, SE1 & SE11) - £15.00
  • All other London postcodes - £7.00
  • All other UK postcodes - £4.95

Deliveries to London postcode addresses are via our premium express service, deliveries to other UK postcodes will be via our standard service.

International Flower Delivery

At this time we are unable accept online orders for international delivery. To place your order please call +44 (0)20 7512 9275 or send us a message and our helpful and knowledgeable customer service representatives will assist you with completing your order.

Product Availability & Substitution

All products are subject to seasonal availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers received from our growers, do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product required or part of product, with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

Product Sizes

Many of our products are available in a range of sizes to suit individual budgets. The images shown for each product item is representative of the standard size. The luxury size will have a greater number of flowers, and likewise the economy size will have fewer flowers in proportion to the pricing of the product.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 24 hours of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 24 hours of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are in GB Pounds and inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
